Abstract

Data Quality Management is getting more and more important in business. The retrieved information can help a company to improve its competitive advantage, to gain information about the customer and the business process and can increase the overall performance. This paper covers all these aspects and explains the main concepts of Data Quality, Management Methods and Knowledge Discovery in databases. Data Mining is the main part of Knowledge Discovery and is used to collect and analyze information out of a database.
